Primary muscles: Lats

Secondary muscles: Triceps, Abdominals, Shoulders, Lower Back

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the SkiErg and grip a handle in each hand at head height, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Hinge at the hips and pull both handles down and back, finishing with hands past your thighs.
  3. Engage your lats and core on the pull, then let the handles rise under control as you stand tall.
  4. Repeat in a smooth rhythm for the prescribed time or distance.

Track it with MyoAmigo

MyoAmigo pre-fills every set of the SkiErg from last time, charts your estimated 1RM trend so you can see strength move without testing a true max, and flags a stall with a concrete fix. It also credits this work toward your weekly Lats volume on the MyoMap heatmap. New to the movement? Start with picking a working weight and progressive overload.
