How to do it
- Stand facing the SkiErg and grip a handle in each hand at head height, feet hip-width apart.
- Hinge at the hips and pull both handles down and back, finishing with hands past your thighs.
- Engage your lats and core on the pull, then let the handles rise under control as you stand tall.
- Repeat in a smooth rhythm for the prescribed time or distance.
