Shoulder Stretch is a stretching exercise that trains the shoulders.

How to do it
- Stand or sit tall with your shoulders relaxed.
- Bring your left arm straight across the front of your body at about chest height.
- Hook your right hand or forearm around your left arm and gently draw it in toward your chest until you feel a stretch through the back of your left shoulder.
- Hold for 20 to 30 seconds, then switch sides.
