Primary muscles: Forearms
How to do it
- Extend one arm straight out in front of you at shoulder height with your palm facing down.
- With your other hand, gently bend that wrist so your fingers point toward the floor. You should feel a stretch along the top of your forearm. Hold for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Now turn that palm to face up and gently pull your fingers back toward your body until you feel a stretch along the inside of your forearm. Hold for 15 to 20 seconds.
- Switch arms and repeat.
