How to do it

  1. Warm up your fingers, shoulders and hips on easy routes or problems first.
  2. Climb with your weight over your feet, pushing with the legs and keeping the arms as straight as you can.
  3. Rest between attempts long enough to keep your grip fresh.
  4. Log your total climbing time.

e1RM trend, per lift

MyoAmigo pre-fills every set of the Climbing from last time, charts your estimated 1RM trend so you can see strength move without testing a true max, and flags a stall with a concrete fix. It also credits this work toward your weekly Forearms volume on the MyoMap heatmap. New to the movement? Start with picking a working weight and progressive overload.
