StrengthBody OnlyIntermediateCompoundStatic
Primary muscles: Abdominals
Secondary muscles: Quadriceps
How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent, feet flat and hands beside your hips.
- Lean your torso back slightly and lift your feet so you balance on your sit bones.
- Straighten your legs so your body forms a V, reaching your arms forward alongside your shins and keeping your chest lifted.
- Hold for the prescribed time, then lower your feet to finish. Keep your knees bent to make it easier.
