StrengthBody OnlyBeginnerIsolation
Primary muscles: Abdominals
How to do it
- Sit on the floor, lean back slightly, and place your hands beside your hips for support.
- Lift both straight legs a few inches off the floor while keeping your back flat.
- Cross one leg over the other, then switch so the other leg is on top, moving in a steady scissoring rhythm.
- Count each cross as one rep and keep your feet off the floor for the whole set.
Track it with MyoAmigo
MyoAmigo pre-fills every set of the Seated Leg Scissors from last time, charts your estimated 1RM trend so you can see strength move without testing a true max, and flags a stall with a concrete fix.
