How to do it
- Lie on your back with your arms out to the sides, palms down, and raise your straight legs until they point at the ceiling.
- Keeping your shoulders on the floor, lower both legs together toward one side under control.
- Stop just before your legs touch the floor, then use your abs to bring them back to the middle.
- Lower to the other side and keep alternating, counting each side as a rep.
