Hollow Body Hold is a isolation strength exercise using body only that trains the abdominals.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back and press your lower back flat into the floor.
  2. Extend your arms overhead and legs straight, then lift both a few inches off the floor.
  3. Maintain the flat-back 'hollow' position without arching and hold for the prescribed time.
  4. Lower under control to finish.
