How to do it
- Hang from a bar with arms straight and shoulders pulled down and back.
- Pull the bar toward your hips while raising your body until it is horizontal, face up.
- Keep arms locked, body straight, and a tight hollow position.
- Hold for the prescribed time, then lower under control.
