Connect MyoAmigo to Grok
PartialWorks, with a caveat — see the steps below.
Add MyoAmigo as a Custom connector on grok.com, then sign in.
xAI documents custom MCP connectors on grok.com; Business/Enterprise teams need an admin to provision one first.
You'll need: a MyoAmigo account (sign up) and the endpoint
https://api.myoamigo.com/mcp.
Steps
- Sign in to MyoAmigo and sync the workouts you want Grok to use. Local-only workouts are not available to the remote server.
- Open grok.com/connectors. Choose New Connector → Custom.
- Enter https://api.myoamigo.com/mcp and complete the MyoAmigo authentication that Grok presents.
- Ask Grok to read a specific lift or date range from MyoAmigo; inspect the sessions behind its answer.
Good to know
- On Grok Business or Enterprise, a team admin first adds the custom MCP server in the organization's connector console; members then connect their accounts.
- xAI documents the consumer custom-connector flow, but a live Grok–MyoAmigo transaction has not been verified here. Tool and write-action availability depend on Grok's current permissions. Read the Grok guide and xAI's connector instructions.
Then ask it anything
Every answer reads your real training history first — then acts.
